We have Tai Chi classes for for all levels! Tai Chi can help with strength, flexibility, aerobic conditioning, balance, cardiovascular fitness, lowers blood pressure, falls prevention and helps with arthritis.


Our Tai Chi community is very welcoming, so be sure to give this beneficial practice a try!

Kingsville | Beginners

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9-10am

An introduction to Tai Chi focusing on basic movements and techniques. Improve balance, flexibility, and relaxation at a comfortable pace.

Kingsville | All Levels

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10-11am

A flowing practice suitable for all experience levels. Enhance strength, balance, and mindfulness through gentle movement.

Kingsville | All Levels Mondays | 7-8pm

Enjoy Tai Chi for all levels in a scenic lakeside setting. A calming way to move and connect with nature.

Cottam | All Levels Wednesdays | 10-11am Accessible Tai Chi classes for all levels offered in the Cottam community. Build strength, balance, and inner calm.

Greg Hutton | Over 45 years in martial arts and over 37 years as a police officer.




Brad Nelson | Instructs both beginner and all levels Tai Chi.

There is no fee for this program. By donation.

Registration is required as well as a liability waiver which will be emailed upon registration.
