This class provides physical fitness to help you to improve your strength, mobility, endurance, flexibility, and balance to help maintain independence and reduce risk of falls. You will learn practical self-defence skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.


The class is designed for ages 55+, but all adults are welcome

Space is limited, so registration is required.

Kingsville | All Levels

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9-10am

Kingsville Community Centre, 1860 Division Rd. N.




Mondays & Wednesdays | 7-8:30pm

Kingsville Arena, 1741 Jasperson Dr.

Greg Hutton | Over 45 years in martial arts and over 37 years as a police officer.

There is no fee for this program. By donation.

Registration is required as well as a liability waiver which will be emailed upon registration.


Programs are contingent upon the availability of our volunteers and due to unforeseen circumstances may be cancelled without prior notice.
