This class provides physical fitness to help you to improve your strength, coordination, mobility, endurance, flexibility, balance and confidence to help maintain independence and reduce risk of falls. You will learn practical self-defence skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The class is designed for ages 55+, but all adults are welcome.
Suitable for all skill levels.
Space is limited, so registration is required.

Registration is required as well as a liability waiver which will be emailed upon registration.
