Indoor Power Walk Workout

A low-impact indoor walking and light aerobic exercise program designed to keep you moving in a safe, welcoming environment. Participants can go at their own pace while improving endurance, mobility, and overall fitness.

This exercise program follows the 'Walk At Home' series by Leslie Sansone.


All levels welcome!

Registration is required.
