GPAR, Golf Performance and Rehabilitation Centre supports individuals working on mobility and recovery goals. Guided exercises help improve strength and function. We use body weight, movement and resistance band exercises.

  • GPAR team consists of chiropractic, physiotherapy & massage therapists
