Anne comes with so many skills it was a challenge for her to decide which one to offer at the Community Centre. 


She settled on teaching the lovely calming  Mindful Motion, a practice that teaches anti-stress techniques with pressure, tapping, breathing, stretching and self-massage. It is good for vital organ functions and overall better health...enjoy the final relaxation. As well as Chair Yoga Classes.
